Aval Puttu

                                 The preparation of this sweet is very easy and fast. It can be offered as a Neivedhium to God on festival days.

Aval Puttu


Ingredients :

Thick Aval / Poha   1 cup.
Sugar    1 cup.
Ghee     4 tsp.
Cardamom 2
Cashew.

Method :

Heat 1 tsp. of Ghee, roast the cashew and cardamom.Set aside.

Heat the same Kadai and roast the Aval in 1 tsp of Ghee.Let it cool.

Powder the Aval and sugar with the Cardamom to the consistency of Rawa.

Mix the Cashew and the remaining Ghee. The sweet Puttu is ready.
